We migrate your employees, balances and history - as much as your current software lets us export - so you rarely need to type anything by hand. If your current terminals allow it, we transfer fingerprints too. With an annual contract the migration is free.

Pricing FAQ
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. A team of up to 5 employees uses every module, including Pro ones, free with no expiry. No credit card needed. The AI assistant comes as a 14-day trial; it's included in Pro and can be added to Standard for €15/month. Terminals can be rented on the Free plan too, at the same prices.
Can I try Standard and Pro before buying?
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial of all modules and the AI assistant, no credit card needed. When the trial ends you pick a plan or continue on the Free plan (up to 5 employees).
What's the difference between Standard and Pro?
Standard covers all the daily work: time tracking, leave, projects, every payroll export and team communication. Pro adds the management layer: scheduling with an AI generator, guides, asset management, automation, analytics codes and the AI assistant (1,000 AI credits per month included).
How is the AI assistant priced?
The Pro plan includes the AI assistant with 1,000 AI credits per month. On Standard you can add it for €15/month. If you run out of credits, you can buy more as needed.
How does the minimum fee work?
The Standard minimum of €29/month covers up to 9 employees - from the 10th employee you pay €3/employee. The Pro minimum of €59/month covers up to 11 employees, then €5/employee.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes - with annual billing the plan price is 15% lower: Standard €2.55 and Pro €4.25 per employee per month.
What do the terminals cost?
The QR kiosk is free (use your own device), the Android wall terminal is €35/month, the SpeedFace face terminal €40/month and SmartTrack BLE €50/month. Rental includes maintenance and replacement. From 3 rented devices, all device rental is 10% off.
How does switching from a competitor work?
We migrate your employees, balances and history for you - as much as your current software lets us export. Fingerprints can be transferred when your current terminals support exporting them. With an annual contract the migration is free; on a monthly plan we quote a one-time fee.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time. As the team grows you move from Free to Standard or Pro. Over 100 employees we prepare a custom Enterprise quote.
