Is the Small Business plan really free?
Yes - free for life, up to 10 users. No credit card, no expiry. If you grow past 10, you choose modules from the Growth plan.
What if I have more than 30 employees on Growth?
Each module adds a small per-user fee for employees above 30 (€0.50-€1/user/month depending on the module). The summary panel shows you the exact total.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Move from Small Business to Growth as you scale. Upgrade to Enterprise when you need dedicated support or custom integrations.
Does the AI assistant cost extra?
Yes - the AI assistant is a separate paid module that you can add to any plan. Each plan includes a monthly token allowance; once you run out, you can top up. Enterprise comes with a larger monthly quota.
