Cookie Policy
Effective from: 26.05.2026
Hours OÜ (hereinafter Hours) uses cookies on the www.hours24.com website and the sub-pages related to it - small text files that your browser saves on your device. Cookies help the site remember your preferences and give us feedback on how the site is used.
Which cookies we use
1. Necessary cookies
These are always active. Without them, the site's core functions do not work - for example language selection, login, form preferences and your cookie consent choice itself. We do not ask for separate consent to use necessary cookies, because the site cannot be used without them.
- Remembering the language preference (hours24_locale)
- Your cookie consent choice (hours24_cookie_consent)
- Technical functioning of forms and login
2. Analytics cookies
These are used only with your permission. They help us understand which pages are visited, where visitors come from and which content is of the most interest. The data is collected in anonymised form (the IP address is masked).
- Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager (if activated)
- Page visits, referrer addresses, session duration
3. Marketing cookies
These are used only with your permission. They allow us to show hours24 ads on other sites (for example Google Ads, social media) and to measure whether the ads are working. Without consent, these cookies are not added.
Managing consent
On your first visit, we show a cookie banner where you can choose „Accept all“, „Reject“ (only the necessary ones remain) or „Preferences“ (choose by category). Your choice is saved locally in your browser - not on our servers.
You can always change your choice from the „Manage cookies“ link in the footer. Withdrawal deletes the cookies of non-essential services from your browser during the next page change.
In your browser settings you can also manually disable all cookies or delete them. Please note that in such a case the site's usability may deteriorate.
Google Consent Mode v2
We use Google Consent Mode v2 - this means that Google services (Analytics, Ads) receive the status of your consent directly from us and do not store personally identifiable data before you have granted permission for it. By default, all non-necessary consents are in „denied“ status.
Which cookies exactly are saved?
The specific list depends on your choice. The necessary cookies (hours24_locale, hours24_cookie_consent) belong to hours24.com itself and are retained for up to 12 months. The cookies set by Google are managed by Google Inc., in accordance with their privacy policy.
